So far, I have been for three acupuncture treatments.  Today’s treatment included some “stimulation” as the doctor refers to it.  It’s where she does the usual needles, and then adds electrical stimulation to it.  Kind of scary… it made me twitch in the leg and the hand.  I told her it was too strong and she lessened it.  At that point I could just feel a pulsing.

Now, did I tell you that the first acupuncture treatment cleared up my tinnitus?  It’s back at the moment now that I’m writing this…but it often does get worse at night.

I’m noticing a bit more movement in my lower lip, and I think I might be noticing some movement in my nostril…but it may be mostly just wishful thinking.

I read about magnesium and talked to one nice lady in a support group who recommended it, so I have bought some.  I need to take that at lunchtime when I’m not taking my medications.

I also read about soaking in Epsom Salts, so I’m going to do that tonight and as much as possible.

Tomorrow I go for a reflexology massage.
